Ladies and Gentlemen, For this week’s P.O.T.W. I present to you a wonderful take on a classic breakfast. Or dinner as it happened to be a few nights ago. Pumpkin French Toast!
That’s right folks, the growing american trend of making everything pumpkin flavored has come to this yummy breakfast. This was a very easy recipe from Cooking Classy, and it’s easy to follow and it makes a lot of batter. I made this a few nights ago for my friends and they loved it. But if you don’t want to make french toast for a small army, then you probably should cut the recipe in half. Now you may be asking, what in the world do I do with the rest of this can of pumpkin puree? Check out these other pumpkin recipes.
This week starts the craft fairs around the area. I’m hoping to get to make the trek out to War Eagle to check out the fair there since it’s the area’s largest craft fair. But I’m not sure about having to deal with all that traffic. It’s bad enough driving around NWA on a normal day. We all know that women can’t drive right! :)
