In this week’s Pin of the Week I found this pretty awesome idea for breakfast. Overnight Oats! This is a super easy breakfast that will fill you up. You just make it the night before so you can just grab it on your way out the door for work. Click on the picture for the recipe from Yummy Mummy Kitchen. This will be my second day of doing it and I have to say that I really like it!
And here is my version!
I used a pint sized jar, 1/2 cup of oats, 1/2 cup of milk, a teaspoon of chia seeds, a few spoon fills of Greek yogurt, and then some strawberries, blueberries, and bananas! Soo yummy! :)
