This one is a day late…sorry!!
For the last few weeks I’ve been cutting back on my meal portions. And it’s starting to pay off! One lunch that I really like it this one.
All you need is: A whole wheat English muffin, one avocado, a few slices of tomato, and some hummus.
It’s amazing whenever you start eating less…you get full off of something as small as that! Pretty awesome if you ask me. :)
